Sunshine cotton fabric hand woven by @madebymelliorisms is paired with repurposed burgundy jean trim to create a (my first) very unique gussetted convertible backpack purse fastened with an XXL carved bone bone.
Interior features include a full zipper pocket divider with a loop and button (also carved bone) which has 2 pockets (one with snap) inside and 2 outside (also one with snap), a second zipper pocket with a snap pocket inside and a pocket outside, 2 pleated pockets sized for cell phone and glasses (and a skinny bonus pocket for pens), and a cute side pocket also just right for pens. This makes a total of 14 spaces for organizing your belongings. Two coordinating linings are used: a sprightly retro flowers print, and a warm yellow botanic batik.
The convertible backpack feature is a loop at the back of the purse to which the strap can be clipped using the included key carabiner, my own innovation for allowing over-the-shoulder and cross-body function as well.
This capacious, cheerfull and practical purse measures 10.5" wide x 12.5" tall and 3" deep, with a 57" strap.

As the material is 100% preshrunk cotton, laundering is easy, should it become necessary. Make sure every pocket is empty, of course. Turn inside out. Tie the strap into a large knot to minimize tangling. Wash warm and line or tumble dry gentle.
