I will gladly work with you to allow you to return a product you feel doesn't meet your expectations based on my descriptions and explanations.  I would be very grateful if this return were accompanied by communication about the reason(s) for your decision.  Within 15 days of the original shipping date, I will reimburse you fully (or offer you a credit to use from within existing product if you prefer) once I receive the product and ensure that it is in appropriate now (or lightly used) condition.  Between 16 and 60 days of the original shipping date, I will offer you credit to use from within existing product, unless we agree otherwise.  >>During the Holiday season, for purchases between November 25th and December 25th, I will extend the full return period to 45 days Please reach out to me to discuss!

   I am also happy to work to mend, or alter where possible, my creations.  I would like to discuss with you what the problem is to determine what the best solution will be, which may require me seeing it (photos or in person).  If my handiwork has failed, this will be at no cost to you.  If the issue comes from use, the cost will be based on time and materials and I ask that you cover shipping fees, as well.
