Vintage French lace and sunny yellow ricrac from my mother's collection froame a remnant of embroidery from a silk sari. The forest green paisley detail is echoed by green satin hearts , and even a silk heart from the sari. The background is a vintage French fabric sample from the textile center of France, St. Etienne.

This card measures just about 4" by 6", a little smaller than most, and comes with the appropriate envelope and padding if necessary for mailing. The card is made primarily by sewing although some glue may have been applied in specific areas.
