- This sweet pillow measures approximately 15" by 22" when flat, and comes with the inner cushion, made of a remnant of cotton fabric and filled with 100% cotton scraps from my cutting table. The cover is reinforced inside with thrifted cotton shirt fabric and has velcro closure with corner tabs so the cushion stays in nicely, but can be removed easily to launder.
