With the idea of practicality bumping into pretty, this deceptively simple Tote is made of sturdy cream colored cotton canvas printed with a classic "French Country" pattern. The large exterior snap pocket is handwoven New Leaf motif by Greentree Weaving, lined with a green botanic print calico and addorned with a large, silk-petaled blossom, with a coil of gold hued satin for heart and stem. A couple butterflies have escaped from the broad French woven ribbon accent. Inside, the functionality is boosted by a zippered pocket, lined with bees amid white daisies print, which itself creates an additional compartment with a discreet snap pocket of the French Country fabric inside.
Generously sized at 16.5"w x 18.5", with 19" handles.

As the material is 100% preshrunk cotton, laundering is easy, should it become necessary. Make sure every pocket is empty, of course. Turn inside out. Tie the strap into a large knot to minimize tangling. Wash warm and line or tumble dry gentle.
