Extraordinary vintage Cardinal motif purse with a wide textural twill element, a fun 4" fringe, a giant shiny black carved horn button, and elegant marbled lining with touches of gold, this is the first purse made with two "new" (to me) technology advances!
A large, 8" zipper pocket is the first of these, to securely hold any number of items you don't want just floating about. In additon, the full interior divider, with a loop and carved coconut shell leaf-shaped button (which echoes the exterior button) is large enough to swallow an iPad or tablet with ease. There are also 3 additional interior pockets sized for glasses, cell phone, and pens.
The second new feature is an additional 4" strap positioned for use with a carabiner to transform the generous shoulder/crossbody strap into a backpack strap! Ta-daa!!
It measures 14" wide x 10", with a 62" strap and a 4" backpack strap,and includes a regular and a key carabiner.

As the material is 100% preshrunk cotton, laundering is easy, should it become necessary. Make sure every pocket is empty, of course. Turn inside out. Tie the strap into a large knot to minimize tangling. Wash warm and line or tumble dry gentle.
