Celtic inspirations:  a twisting trinity knot, with an attendent trio of creatures representing the living realms:  sea, land, and air.   This potholder will guard your heart as well as your hands, and even your table, too. Free hand embroidered on my straight-stitch sewing machine on dark green thrifted corduroy, backed with heavy handwoven fabric by Greentree Weaving in the Canopy motif. Between these two layers are 2 more of repurposed blue jean for added protection.
Measures approximately 7 by 8 1/2".
Laundering: As the material is 100% preshrunk cotton, laundering is easy, should it become necessary. Machine wash warm and line or tumble dry gentle.
