Vintage Cardinal motif, complete with a Pop of twill for extra pizzaz, hand woven by Greentree Weaving, makes red a wearable rich color by adding black, brown, maroon, even olive yarns, mimicking the true colors of the bird. Teh jacket-weight fabric used for this purse makes it very sturdy, particularly combined with the vivd red on black botanic print lining and the handsome horn-tip style (it's acually well-crafted wood) toggle button. The interior boasts 2 pockets sized for cell phone and glasses, and one just for pens and such. The measurements for this purse are 8 1/2" wide by 9 1/2" tall, with a 44" strap.

As the material is 100% preshrunk cotton, laundering is easy, should it become necessary. Make sure every pocket is empty, of course. Turn inside out. Tie the strap into a large knot to minimize tangling. Wash warm and line or tumble dry gentle.
