As the vibrant glory of summer slips toward the hustle of autumn, every plant and creature preparing for winter, eating becomes ever more important.  Storing up and, for plants, also spreading the seeds of the next generation, means every living thing plays its part.  This complex web of fall cooperation is portrayed in this Set of 4 Coasters, each with a plant and a critter depicting this moment in the cycle of life, embroidered on thrifted corduroy and handwoven variations of Sunflower motif scraps (by Greentree Weaving).  They measure approximately 4" x 5", with two layers of repurposed blue jean inside for extra protection.  
Made of all preshrunk cotton fabrics, these are easy to machine wash and tumble dry when laundering becomes necessary.
